- Excellent employee benefits, including fitness allowance, learning allowance, team building fund and etc. - Supportive work culture and teamwork - Competitive salary and incentives

Cons

- Overcrowded office with limited seating - The environment gets quite warm after office hours - The budget for event gifts and office snacks has been reduced, even though the headcount has increased. As a result, the standard of these benefits has declined.

Pros

I've had a really good experience working here so far. The people are friendly and always willing to help, which makes the work environment positive and collaborative. Management is approachable, and I've always felt comfortable voicing ideas or asking questions. There’s also a strong focus on learning and development. Whether it’s through internal training or opportunities to work on different projects, there’s always something new to pick up.

Cons

Not all processes are standardized yet, so there can be a bit of inconsistency between overseas and local teams.
