      Cons

      While the company offers great benefits and a positive work environment, there are no work-from-home options. The shift work can be challenging for those not used to it, and it may take some time to adjust. Additionally, some processes can feel a bit slow at times.

      Pros

      - Great company to work at with tons of exposure and learning experience - Diverse work environment with multicultural based on worldwide employments - Superb benefits that cover almost all aspects that you can think of - Lots of opportunities on offer for promotions or lateral movements - It’s a big company that still care about the "small people"

      Cons

      Currently, it's a giant company with huge employment numbers and similar to all other big companies, may become prone to corporate black hole in the future.
