Great environment great staff very understanding people. I have literally had the worst past 8 months of my life and these guys have shown nothing but care and understanding. I have never experienced a management staff that was so humane. They do have certain metrics they expect every employee to meet but they don't make these metrics impossible to hit like some companies do. With the world being what it is we need more companys full of people like OMG staff. Thanks to Jon and Abby for being killer bosses!!!

Cons

Lower pay than most but to me this is a trade off for their exceptional work/life balance.

I started as a social media writer and moved through the company in various positions, learning and growing along with OMG. They have always been able to recognize hard workers, innovators and are great at developing human talent. From C-Level to the Admins, everyone at OMG is nice and helpful. Very proud to be a part of OMG National for 9, going on 10 years.

Cons

Not too many downsides, to be honest. As long as you're working hard and easy to work with, you can fit right in.
