Great work environment

Pros

The working environment here is like nothing I have experienced. We have a new leadership team who encourages us to develop our skills, innovate, and experiment. We have regular All Hands meetings where we learn about what one another is working on. The shift in culture is definitely noticeable and we are having fun while we're at it. The work space itself is very collaborative and modern, but most people can work from home as long as client needs allow for it.

Pros

Seem like the software developers really care about their performance.

Cons

Elitist Pompous Don't consider "outside" suggestions, those made by a non-family member Inner circle is family and friends Don't promote based on skills or achievements, but by who you know. Some nasty human beings there Shady business practices No transparency Disrespect women Male dominated Old CEO thought he was God's gift to the World. Gina is not much better.

Pros

Some high end clients who need real science and computer science ruling the solution. In general their alumni and engineers are cream of the crop scientists from physics, physical chemistry, engineering and computer science.

Cons

Farm out those they deem as consulting fodder with very little training. Admittedly expecting that people they haven't trained have the same intimate tuition their chosen ones have had due to old school tie, or prior university research teamwork. They are basically pompous, psychophants in management, with a few very influential demogues. You cannot trust them at their word, they have no integrity in management.
