Pros
There are two companies here. (1) OCI, and (2) Advantage Consulting. OCI is full time, paid bench, average benefits. Advantage is more like the other contract firms. There are a lot of great companies on the preferred vendor list of both companies OCI employees can switch to the other company for a good contract (and stay OCI). On at least 4 occasions, I was placed at a customer site WITHOUT an interview. This is due to OCI's incredible reputation. Seriously OCI is cozy with a number of companies -- making it possible to go to a client without vetting. BTW, you can become a Partner and earn more. There are many who have done this.
Cons
Their benefits won't match up with large companies.
