Thank you for taking time to share your insights. I’m glad to hear your feedback on your coworkers being very talented designers and engineers. We do value creativity, imagination, and hard-work while recognizing the importance of work/life balance. I’m glad you found that to be the case while working with us. I would add that a lot has changed over the past few years! While we’ve held on to the values you mentioned, we’ve come a long way since the round of layoffs we had several years ago. We have added key and very talented leaders that have guided and delivered outstanding business results, which recently resulted in Oblong closing a $65 million dollar funding round. We are very excited about 2017 and what’s to come!

I recognize that this post was made a while ago, but wanted to take a moment to thank you for your feedback, as well as share some updates. First, thanks for your kind words about John. He has indeed created a very unique company! I also appreciate your feedback regarding our leadership. We have made some exciting changes and have learned from our past challenges. I can honestly say that we have a stronger leadership team than ever before and are excited about what’s in store for the year ahead.
