Pros

Salary at corporate is nice, better than your average company. So are benefits throughout the company.

Cons

Be prepared to pay the price of the job. Most only stay for a couple years. Too much favoritism and bias. Since the company has expanded from 19-45 centers to now close to 200, it's gone downhill. Never dealt with the middle school stuff since jr high. Discrimination is alive and well in policies. Being loyal means nothing if you aren't in the in-crowd. And the new employees brought in over the past 4-5 years can't be trusted. It's not a fun scenario to experience watching. Sometimes I wonder if anyone of importance sees this or even cares? Being forced to resign after 14 years was the BEST thing to ever happen to me.

There are none to speak of. All they care about is their bottom dollar.

Cons

Constantly removed off the schedule, business works off of the fear of 6 month audits and will fire you 2 weeks to unemployment. They will change your contact info so you miss company meetings and still get points for missing, so you miss meetings and hit their (6 point limit AKA silent firing you), Micromanaging, abuse of scheduling, zero flexibility, nepotism is rampant, favoritism is rampant, donors are abusive, manager is abusive, reverse racism is rampant.

Co-workers are great people overall.

Cons

The company seems to be in shambles. They cut hours all the time ( I’ve been working there since 2022 and I’ve only saw a hand full of checks with 80 hours). They promise 40 hours a week during the interview and on boarding. The training is really bad because the works are too busy with their own day to day tasks. The new manager is a horrible person. He plays favortism quite blatantly and the company allows him to do so. He is very incompetent to say the least seems he never had a manager position or been in the industry before. I hope for the sake of my co-work the sees better days.
