Cons

Limited advancement, future seems uncertain.

Pros

Great culture with lots of fun exta activities. Great give back programs and charity events. A fun place to work and very friendly atmosphere.

Cons

They like to do things the hard way and lower management digs in their heels to change. Going above into higher management gets the job done but only gets you black listed among your own group.
