I work with the new Odyssey WIN (Web Integrated Network) team that is rolling out a brand new software to better align shippers and carriers. It is exciting to come in everyday and work for a great company with an amazing and evolving product like WIN. The people and management on the team are great to work with and I am excited to see the direction WIN is going.

Cons

Gaining awareness for a new product is always a challenge but as WIN grows in market share this problem will cease to exist
