Pros

You wont believe how fast and efficient this sales team in kennesaw has grown. They believe in taking care of their customers, working hard to grown, and genuinely work together as a team. Nobody gets left behind and we are all encouraged everyday. It's incredible to see how much this team has grown over the past year and a half. I'm excited to see where it's going to go from here.

Cons

I truely love my position and the people I work with. I only have 1 complaint... provide better insurance to those that have families. The insurance for individuals is pretty sweet, and very inexpensive, but when it comes to covering a family, the rates jump exponentially.

Anytime I had a question, it was always answered. A very fast paced environment, challenging clients, busy atmosphere keeps you hopping. You need to be committed to be successful here.

Gain experience for resume Learn about Transportation industry

Cons

They will tell you that your temp only last 90 days before hire but its more like 6 months plus Vacation and paid time off are good Management walks around every 30 mins like you are in middle school and don't know what you are doing Pay is way below average and that is why you will see the turnover rate is insane. In a years time I see atleast 20 ppl come and go
