Great place to start out for recent grads, but they hire through a temp program

Pros
If you were hungry to learn and gain knowledge the supervisors would help along with members of your team. The hours aren't terrible and you have the ability to choose a 4 day work week with 10 hour shifts, however, they choose the one day per week that you get off.
Cons
The keep their temps as temps for way too long. Normally it is after 90 days you receive a review and you find out then if you are going to be brought on or if you remain a temp. At odyssey it isn't set up that way. There isn't much room to grow up the ladder there nor is there much accessibility to move across the company either.
