Pros

Culture of appreciating employees. Professional development opportunities available. Nice location, nice office and work areas, nice people to work with and awesome hours 8-5! If i need to schedule time off I am able to do so, if i need to re-arrange my schedule I am able to do so. Opportunities to earn extra money if I volunteer for other assignments. What's not to like!

Cons

Considering other jobs I have had I can't name any cons of this one.

Bad and only getting worse

Pros

This used to be a good company to work for. If you are not motivated and just looking for a company to ride out your days into retirement, this will be a perfect fit for you.

Cons

The overwhelming majority of talent has fled from Odyssey, recognizing that opportunities for learning and advancement are non-existent. Most management positions are occupied by cronies who are often poor performers, but are placed in no fail positions. Company culture encourages a lack of professional ethics and integrity and only those willing to play the game get ahead. Odyssey releases press announcements and holds news conferences in order to give the appearance of being relevant in the industry. However, insiders know the real deal. Shortly after announcing to hire hundreds, they laid off many. Odyssey's core business struggles to hang on to its few remaining customers and they can't attract any new, major clients. Odyssey's leadership refuses to listen to the feedback of employees regarding products, process and services and their business model is severely outdated. They are offering Motorola flip phone services in an I-Phone 5, Samsung world. With every reorganization comes more of the same. The same minds gather together to come up with a new strategy, which is only the old strategy repackaged.
