Pros

People there are pretty cool, sometimes have fun cookouts or contests to keep employees involved

Cons

There's no communication from execs down to entry level employees. Things are changing all the time with no warning or no reasons why. Jobs are somewhat secure, but there's always a feeling you'll be let go out of the blue.

Pros

You wont believe how fast and efficient this sales team in kennesaw has grown. They believe in taking care of their customers, working hard to grown, and genuinely work together as a team. Nobody gets left behind and we are all encouraged everyday. It's incredible to see how much this team has grown over the past year and a half. I'm excited to see where it's going to go from here.

Cons

I truely love my position and the people I work with. I only have 1 complaint... provide better insurance to those that have families. The insurance for individuals is pretty sweet, and very inexpensive, but when it comes to covering a family, the rates jump exponentially.
