Upper Management is the real problem. They don't care, or don't seem to care about what’s going on. They don't listen to suggestions from employees nor mid-management. Most frustrating part is they keep people in Management positions that clearly shouldn't be there, never questioning their decisions. People are hired as temps with the hope of eventually becoming a full time employee, especially after 2-4 years of service, working 40+ hours a week and it never happens, and no benefits. Moral in the office is terrible. Hiring 4 people when only 2 are needed for a job, then every few year’s layoffs, while certain departments like IT are free to spend time and money as they please. We were constantly having issues like phones going out, email not working and internet outages yet those in charge are seen in the office maybe 3 days a week for 3-6 hours a day, and then mostly seen huddled talking about non-work related subjects. The rest of the time, "working from home".

In a matter of weeks this company has gone from the best to the worst. A new CEO comes in and his biggest concern not allow ANYONE to work from home during 8-5, but on off hours you best work from home to get your work (the equivalent of more than one full time position) done. Taking attendance. Doing the work of HR and management. A truly HOSTILE work environment along with potential discrimination has been created. Look at the pictures of those in Executive leadership. Look similar?? Not a very diverse group…. Perhaps our PE firm should reevaluate who they selected to lead this company before it implodes. Such a shame.
