      Pros

      Direct pay education is a good benefit

      Cons

      Health care benefits are terrible-you can only see OhioHealth physicians/services. I had to switch PCP 's and it took me 9 months to get into see them. Alot of it comes back to the Manager-people keep leaving because of the toxic environment that is created by the manager. Age and disability discrimination happens too.

      Must work every other weekend and some holidays.
