Pros

I’ve worked with some great people who truly care about helping others. Flexibility in where I work is nice.

Cons

Too much change and all at once. Senior leaders think everything is the priority but don’t provide enough staff to do the work. The stress of this is ridiculous especially when we’ll end up redoing the work in a few years time because leadership won’t commit to the changes. Too many roles aren’t filled for a year or longer which is all done to save money in the short-term - this shows an overall lack of caring and consideration to associates when they don’t have the right amount of people to do the work.

Pros

- Raise every year - Bonus every year - Have done a lot for employee appreciation over the five years working there whether it be gifts or extra bonuses - Tuition reimbursement

Cons

- Do not think they have the best health insurance - Just be very good in researching the area you want to work in, some departments are very well managed while others are not. For example, I would not recommended my current department to anyone as there is poor upper management, a high turn over rate and no discipline for those not performing their jobs. I have heard positive things about other departments though
