      Good place to start out of college.

      Pros

      Benefits, good starting pay right out of college, good amount of paid vacation/discretionary time. Also good people to work with for the most part and you can learn the business pretty quick.

      Cons

      Upper management seems to make it difficult to get most loans approved, resulting in managers making crappy loans to meet the numbers because they need to hit their loan quotas.

      Pros

      Simply put, the most important variable in working for AGF is what branch you are placed in. If your branch manager is great your work experience will likely be great also. Of course, the opposite is also true.
