Pros

Some of the best people I have ever worked with.

Cons

I was unfortunately looking over my shoulder for the entire time I worked there due to several rounds of layoffs. I've never experienced anything like it in my working career.

Pros

Sick and vacation time. Able to flex schedule twice per month.

Cons

Pay Benefits Micromanagement No work life balance Firm on in office policy I always exceeded expectations on my performance review and in two years I was only paid a 50 cent increase on my base pay. To give you an example if you hit the bronze goal which was $235,000 in new money which meant loans originated your bonus would only be like $300 after taxes this is based on my experience. I am happy for quitting this position on the spot and my new role pays me my worth and provides a plethora of benefits my only regret was staying for the time I did.

Pros

Every pro that used to exist no longer remains. You could at minimum expect a Christmas bonus for your endless efforts of attaining new money goals of minimum 100k monthly for a financial institution. The occasional saturday has become nearly every Saturday work environment. 6 working days out of 7 just feel absurd.

Cons

The company has excessive turnover and the new CEO seemingly is more focused on cutting out any extra perks/benefits/ and incentives that have encouraged its employees for many years. Every year gets worst. The company isn’t the same and change is fine but it’s just an awful environment. Even if you have a good branch manager the district managers are reviving so much push from their RDs that it’s an intrusive environment. CAD budgets, being uncertain if your vacation time will be approved even if you have it to use; attaining delinquency goals and new money for branch and still having to work weekends; taking away Christmas bonuses. It’s all just been awful.
