Company was in a position with a ton of potential but kind of sat there playing internal politics. Ziff finally woke up and is taking action.

World-class colleagues make it semi-tolerable

Cons

Our executive leadership team has fired or driven away our top talent over the course of the past two years. Now they have personally instituted a social media policy that forbids us from “liking” LinkedIn posts from former colleagues that work at “competitors”. They have made their bed but are afraid to sleep in it!!
