While I was there Benefits seemed to get watered down every year Minimal salary increases. If you agree to join at a certain salary expecting it to go up over time forget it going up. Likewise if you transfer internally to a new position paying more expect just a 2-3k increase, even when those around you make 20-50k more than your base (policy seems to be no major pay bumps for internal transfers - be glad you got the position!!)
