Not an organic company and there is a good chance you will get laid off after the next acquisition.

Pros

Good people to work with, interesting projects, involved with new technology. Pay and benefits are very good.

Cons

Communications sometimes lacking, no local office in my part of the country, did not meet in person with colleagues or line managers for over two years.
