Pros

Good pay, opportunities for almost unlimited overtime, sales pay, bonus pay. Great job for hard workers that live to work. Great opportunity to make good money without college degree. Tons of training and testing makes moving up easy for people that are willing to learn. You can also take these skills to other employers and even industries

Cons

Limited time off, horrible work/life balance, working late/middle of night/weekends Hard to take time off when working in smaller towns with limited employees Forced on-call schedule, also forced weekend, overtime, and night work. Sale pressure

Pros

Suddenlink was a good place to work. The job paid decent wages, had very good benefits, and offered plenty of paid time off.

Cons

Procedures in the workplace were not followed, and the employees always referred to Suddenlink as the "Communications company that doesn't communicate!"
