Pros

Benefits are fantastic. Employees are given lots of food and snacks to try to make the atmosphere less stressful and negative. Lots of opportunity to advance and receive a nominal pay increase for regular agents.

Cons

The commission structure continually changes to offer agents less money continually. Three total commission structures this year with two significant drops. The supervisors are highly overworked, underpaid, and working in a hostile environment. There are no options for pay increase at Supervisor level except once per year. Every other position has these opportunities. Constant changes for all levels with no direction. Change information given by upper management after the changes have taken place, but still no guidance on how the agents should perform the job without the access or tools they need, which creates a very bad work environment with high turnover.

Pros

Good pay, decent benefits. Free internet and cable (which could change under new management). Healthcare/vision/dental are all decent enough. Would recommend for pay and benefits.

Cons

Lack of direction, office politics, lack of accountability. A lot of your career will depend on favors and who you know. There are many people who have held positions for a very long time and continue to hold the position on seniority alone rather than skills. Boundaries are not well established which leads to a lot of guessing and testing boundaries on the employees part - which leads to excess stress. The hiring process/criteria could use some work in my opinion - 5+ years of applying to get an interview, several raises shortly after, and promoted after 1.5 years of service. In general no one will want to get involved in an issue unless 100% necessary - lack of a "team" environment, more of a "don't mess with my job, i won't mess with yours". Would not recommend for personal health, stress, anxiety, and politics.

Pros

Great people with lots of experience and they are willing to share that experience. The company takes care of its people and provides really good benefits and vacation time. They have an excellent initial training program for new hires.

Cons

This is work and it is hard work. You have to be self motivated to continue pushing past rejection and fatigue because there isn't someone sitting behind your shoulder to babysit you.
