      Great work environment Great co workers Great benefits Best pay i have ever had LOVED coming to work Overall the best experience I have ever had.

      Cons

      Was a great company before Altice took over. I agree with a few of the reviews. The focus is no longer going to be on the customer, but more about the money. I have been with the company for a long time. I have met some great people and have truly learned how improve myself thanks to the former and soon to be former employees. Altice sure knows how to rip a family apart. I have been a long time supporter of "Suddenlink", but i will NEVER be a supporter of Altice, or anything it has to offer.

      Great work place with really good local supervisor who care. Great benefit package.

      Cons

      Just recently purchased by Altice a French company. A lot of jobs were let go and the pay is not all that great. The CEO is no longer Jerry Kent.

      very good benefit package, acceptable pay, until recently - was trusted to do my job and not be micro-managed

      Cons

      recent buyout has caused many changes, no internal communications, customer service focus has been taken from the forefront
