      Pros

      Nice people in general work there, a lot of people for years and really cared about the place and took pride in the Dolan's Cablevision

      Cons

      Company now has switched hands and feels like more than once, but it's really only once, just changing the name and now changing management based on nothing really, just to change and bring up stock price (which isn't working)
