      Great place to work, but in need of a MAJOR change for culture

      Pros

      Amazing benefits, pay, commission, if you are hourly there is a definite work life balance.

      Cons

      Retail culture needs a major overhaul. They are bringing in cultures from other companies and trying to overlay that culture. There are a lot of AT&T folks, and they are bringing in a cut throat mentality.
