Not enough Compensation for Tech Support Agents , They expect you to perform Suddenlink Business on your time, No Communication, They Don't Pay You On Time and Don't Tell You When You Will Get Paid!

Josh Tice is very good.

Everything else!! Active is horrible. This used to be a great job. Now they have an under qualified person trying to run the department here. She should not be here.

Pros

Company vehicle, free and reduced price for cable tv and internet. Used to be more, not the case since Altice took over.

Cons

Greedy new owners. The more you make the more you pay for healthcare coverage. No increase in on call pay in at least ten years. Active dragging out corporate restructuring putting on due stress on both management and hourly employees. Management does not really care about employees or customers, only profits.
