Most of the supervisors dont care about and straight out lie to employees. the metrics they grade you on are unfair and totally unreasonable. they change the scorecard constantly so you never even know what to focus on. Customers are more rude than normal becuase feild contractors dont do their jobs and the company policy is awful. They expect you to do the job of every department with the tools of only one department. Hr takes months to get anything done and most of the time they will just tell you your sup should do that for you when your sup told you to talk to hr. There is no review process or real leadership on the call floors and the resources to teach new agents are awfull. They also massively overstate the opprotunity to advance in the company as its nearly nonexistant.
