      Pros

      benefits are great but that's about it.

      Cons

      management looks after management and if you keep quite they will love you. The moment you speak your mind because of a policy they set that someone else is not following they will not like it and your review will suffer because of it. It is a dead end job hard to move up. You move if willing to work for FREE!!! Certain managers look after certain employees because of the color of there skin.

      Pros

      You get discounted cable where most everything they offer is free. Thats really nice. They also have a great benefit plan where even in your first year if you have a major situation you can get short term disability to help - which the company pays for automatically.

      Cons

      The company seems to want their employees to be monkeys and blind sheep. Since the company was purchased by Altice USA, it has gone down hill. They constantly raise the rates for the customers and have refused certain types of credits. The structure of how the CSR teams and other departments are handled is terrible.
