Free food and lots of morale "boosting" events, good benefits, free cable for employees (which is about to change at the beginning of the year and we will start being charged for some services)

Cons

Horrible management, supes are lazy and are not willing to help, company makes so many changes and does not effective communicate them to employees so it makes it difficult to help the customers.

Free services, pay is great, co workers and immediate supervisors are awesome

Cons

Altice has made this company into just another cold corporation. Manatory ot every week since july. Mass lay offs and closings which left the remaining employees over worked. There is no balance between work and life anymore. Customers are getting hit too. Price hikes, unfair billing practices & customer service has degraded. Owner has made it known he wants to pay as little as possible and that he does not mind losing customers. All he cares about is profit.
