Pros

Coworkers makes it tolerable to work with Optum.

Cons

When I left, I found out I had no tax number DESPITE signing a letter of permission for them to do it on behalf of me during onboarding. From there, I shouldered everything and did it myself. Some seniors are so flirty and scandalous, so unprofessional with women when not monitored or on duty. Sucks. Their account is so difficult itself, combined with very impossible metrics. Lol. Mind you, my performance there was excellent.

management is worse. your job responsibility is for 10 persons. you are assigned to billing, insurance coverage, pharmacy, etc. worse supervisor i had.
