Day offs are mostly weekends Lots of engagement activities which is fun

Salary is too low even if you have experience The common review is not fair even though you got a high rating, it still depends on the HR I guess The management will treat you nicely if you always participate and excel Bit hard to plot a leave, they always ask why and has favoritism

I loved the team I worked on and the culture prior to Optum acquisition. I loved the work I did and the product we were selling and growing. Remote life was fine, kinda lonely, but before the acquisition we had team on sites and prioritized team bonding.

Cons

But once we were acquired, a lot of that changed. A lot of my team dipped out, and more were laid off. Since I've left it haven't noticed any additional layoffs, but it looks like they kept most of the folks who lived near HQ and more affordable.
