Great product, lots of smart passionate people

Cons

the inside sales org is unfortunately a VERY toxic team within the company led by dysfunctional, inexperienced leadership. Lots of fire drills, decisions not backed by any explanation or data, and an overall lack of investment in BDRs & their careers. Much better elsewhere, would not recommend

I have been at Origami for nearly a year now and this is an amazing company to work for if you are willing to do the work. Expectations of our employees is very high, but autonomy is equally as high and leadership trusts you to perform at a high level. - Unlimited PTO that is actually encouraged to use - Full autonomy to make business decisions - Incredibly smart teams and individuals - Rapidly growing company and industry with a lot of growth potential

Cons

Origami is transitioning from a start up mentality into a full grown company. With this, there are a lot of hiccups along the way that can result in extra hours, heavy workloads and frustration. This is all to be expected, but can be a negative if you are looking for a super stable corporate job.

RMIS product is good. Lots of really good people here

Cons

BDR role is largely based on luck depending on what market you are assigned to sell. EHS, RMIS, GRC all have the same quota. If you looked at attainment rates in these markets you'd realize how little that makes sense
