The Leadership Team is highly accessible, communicative and open to feedback. Through various strategic pivots and culture/workplace evolutions with COVID, they have always been genuine, transparent and trying to do the right thing. Beyond that, the rest of the team is quite collaborative and has a very good teaming environment. Overall the culture encourages directness, openness, humility, improvement and support. This is essential when working on such a compelling but complex problem/solution. Finally - The passion and drive across the team is extremely high and infectious. Everyone at the company is very passionate about the mission and believes in its transformative potential. They do a good job of valuing and shouting out all employees and their contributions toward such an important mission.
