Pros

Not much to rave about...

Cons

Long work hours, unrealistic goals & vision, not a patient centric organization, the truth is never told. I made the leap of faith, under the belief that this company cares about the employees and the patients, could not be further from the truth. I read some of the reviews and still went forward, my advice to you, LOOK BE FOR YOU LEAP!! Really evaluate the pros and cons before you make the move to work for this company. My title was change, my salary changed, and I was enticed with the advancement opportunities. I also was told that the plan was for me to operate my own practice, in to my third week, I was told by my supervisor/mentor, "there's no place for you to go, so you're not going any where, there never was any where for you in the first place, so don't think you're leaving this office." Wow really? Four weeks prior to coming on board I was told the exact opposite!!!! I actually in my 3 1/2 weeks met the creator/owner of the organizations, nice enough man, clueless as to what is happening at the office level other than the $'s and cents of the operation... I'm sick over the fact that I'm unemployed now because I allowed these criminals to rail road me in to a corner...beware of the lies and deceit...

Pros

They do use (or abuse) state of the art technology and have good clinical CE.

Cons

They have over expanded, and suffer from very high turn over, in the new regions due to a severe lack of leadership at every level. The bottom line is that they borrowed way too much money to grow with little or no oversight. ie A private jet for the corporate staff to travel with while the employees can't get a basic benifits

Pros

Seriously not many. At all.

Cons

There is zero communication from regional management, you’re actually completely ignored. Unless the communication is micro managing in all the wrong ways and straight up bullying. You hear about continuous changes in the region but it’s all hush hush until the very last moment when everyone is told to jump. There is no consistent leadership. I did not listen to the other bad reviews about this company on this website and thought “how bad could it really be?” It’s so bad. Please do not think the same and run for your life from this place both as a patient and an employee. There is also zero work life balance. You will be working 8-10 hour days 5-6 days a week. I think the worst part is corporate knows some of the upper management are problems but they will not do a single thing to fix it. Instead they will ignore that the person is an issue or simply move them to a different region to terrorize a different group of people.
