Pros
- awarded time off for meeting sales goals - if you move up and off the phones the position is stable/decent
Cons
- terrible, horrible members - overworked and abused customer service reps - if you're good on the phone, they won't promote you up until they absolutely have to, because they have so much difficulty holding on to capable talent and don't like promoting up people who provide good customer service, leaving behind the dregs of support to answer phones.
