SOME good people, clear training in the beginning, great office / location

HR nightmare, felt like I was working at a fraternity, unprofessional, churn and burn unlike anything I have ever seen, the rapid turnover say a lot about this company, management won't admit luck plays a large role in this job, no commission unless bde closes deal which is completely out of mde hands, ceo came to office and never addressed the company as a whole, only introduced himself to a handful of people- don't have a lot of respect if its not worth 5 minutes of his time to talk to everyone, did not feel valued at the company, gossip / drama heavy environment, narrow minded sales approach / my way or the highway mentality, bad reputation overall
