Everything sucks. The pay is low. The managers are rude, racist, and not helpful. The are snide and condescending. Kesley Castile is racist! Lyn Doughty is aware of this. That’s Kesley’s boss. They lied about the entire position. It’s supposed to be no phones, holidays, or weekends. It’s all of the above now. It’s also a call center position even though both managers stated there would be very minimal phone calls and they would be outbound, NOT inbound.

Staggering turnover and corporate acquisitions led to a very weak leadership structure, mostly of people failing upward out of desperation. Strong focus on sales performance over actual interpersonal skills led to management who could not be relied on for basic functions of their jobs, a deterioration of customer faith, and subsequently the mass closures and automation of branches that they are currently experiencing.
