      It was awesome until I switch departments.

      Cons

      Management doesn't listen even after they tell you to let them know about issues. They pawn it off that it is your fault, and come up with mediocre resolutions that don't many any sense whatsoever. Th AR Department needs some major management overhaul. Time to fire them and get management who are leaders.

      Cons

      The St. Louis Manager does not work a FT schedule, showing up and leaving when he pleases. He does not route drivers efficiently. For instance, he does not evenly distribute the workload . He frequently shows up for work smelling of alcohol. In fact, the drivers work harder and value their jobs more than he does, which is frustrating when he is getting paid more but doing less.
