Pros
You are not silo'ed into one technology so you can expand you skill set. There are some good people here to work with, especially at the level where the work actually gets done. They are the only thing that makes it worth coming to work. Schedule is somewhat flexible and in some areas there is the option to work remotely occassionally. The company seems to keep growing regardless of how bad they screw things up, i.e. software releases and general ERP system. Good plave to work as you transition to a better job.
Cons
Some of their core software technologies are very old and out of support, especially on the software side. Upper management, mostly directors and up, very arrogant, that is the only way I know how to describe it. Directors and architects always chasing resume boosting technologies, not really concerned with making environment they now rely on stable. MASSIVE employee turnover,. They like to hire contractors on a supposed 6-month-to-hire contract. Don't believe it. Enjoy your team members while you can, they will likely be gone within 6 months. Management very reactionary, always looking for a scapegoat.
