Pros

The benefits were great. Full health dental, 401k, pto, etc. The pay was also great. Additionally, there seemed to be a good path to move up quickly.

Cons

You are constantly tied to your desk, any bathroom breaks, getting up to get a drink, etc, counted against your metrics.

Cons

Nothing really, for when something happens it can always be resolved. The only con would be the training program needs to be enhanced some.
