You'll do nothing but work and sleep at 60+ hours per week, and the work is extremely monotonous The work is extremely sedentary. So much so that they warned me on employment that I would likely get fat

Co worker can be good to work with.

Cons

Management views empployee's as disposable, no raises, poor equipment, HR in cahoots with management so talking to HR will only work against you in the long run. Company is money driven not customer service driven, to much work and not enough workers. Growing to fast, customer service is poor so costumers are angry.

Great, creative, collaborative people at all levels of the organization- joining PODS is like joining a family where everyone is supportive of each other. Management truly wants you to be happy and succeed here, and structures many activities, programs, and events around just that! Great culture- We get to do fun things, there are great wellness events, the core values really mean something here. Team members who really stick together and pitch in and always help each other out Work/Life balance is great

As with any company, in some areas there is not a huge opportunity for growth and advancement
