      Every Delivery is Different

      Pros

      Full-time work that is challenging and each delivery is unique testing your skills every day. Pay is better if you have a CDL, but they have Class C trucks as well.

      Cons

      I was assigned additional responsibilities beyond what a driver should be doing and was not paid any more than driver pay.

      Terrible place - low morale SALES

      Pros

      The best money I've made thus far, but could be better comparatively. Great idea and great customer service. And you can tell they're trying to do right, sometimes.

      Cons

      Terrible work culture - nearly everyone in sales hates their job. The prices for the containers are way too damn high even in the winter months when they're supposed to be cheaper. Management doesn't care. Their point system is rigged to get you fired within a few months. And, they do mass hirings and mass firings. Their HR lady quit because of the poor practices she was forced to do. The whole system is rigged to make you either quit(which I did) or be fired within a 6-12 month timeline.

      Too many long days... Too many D.O.T. violations, intentionally!
