Pros
pay is decent for the industry, and some of the coworkers I work with are great. Eric is great as well. really down to earth.
Cons
I work in a special department that I can not mention, however in this department isn't training for what you will be doing, just OJT, which is "this is how we always have done it" so to be clear there isn't ANY training for this department and no SOP, which means no written processes to explain how things are done here in this department. OK so far we have no SOP no Training. Don't try to be the Hero or try to look good. once you are off the main floor that all stops. I've done so much for my department, taking over work loads from other agents, volunteered to take on duties that no one else would, the list goes on.. and when I get a "BAD" call then I'm hammered with that. NEWS FLASH supervisors and Managers only hear the "BAD" calls never the good ones or the positive things you do to help improve your department. I'm very disappointed in my direct management for not taking in consideration of my above mentioned concerns.
