Pros

Decent pay ranging from $3000-3800 monthly depending on season. Good benefits. Free coffee. Nice building to work in.

Cons

They put the conversion rate at an unrealistic unobtainable number. They place it right where most will fail, and the few who succeed are tiered for better calls. They will fire 80% of their employees after the busy season is over because they are not needed. Don't work here unless you want to find a new job in 6 months.

people r really good.

Cons

do not work in the ssc there are bed bugs. they claim to fix it but they dont. we have complained so many times and they take the cheap way out. the building is gross. if you dont want bed bugs dont come work at pods.
