The H.R. lady was extremely immature, and did not treat people kindly. I lost a qualifying family member and there was no budge as far as time off. She treated me as if I was lying about my loss. It was humiliating. I shouldn't have to Explain personal details about what was happeningoing in my personal life to that detail. My supervisor lied and was2 faced. She would smile in your face, and talk about you behind your back. I didn't trust management.

Unorganized call systems which results in sales agents having low or unfair conversion results. Or having customer service agents book sales that they are not compensated for. Outdated unorganized internal systems which result in overall center slow productivity. Company does not have a culture of employee security . You will be terminated or reprimanded for frivolous "infractions"
