      PODS is a growing Company Has a great Wellness Program and Benefits Senior Leaders are wonderful Very nice working environment Compensation is competitive

      Pros

      Health focused company, offers many free health screenings, etc. and a lot of incentives if an SSC employee but support departments don't receive same consideration.

      Cons

      dare not step outside your job description or go the extra mile for a customer. Advancement and raises are only based on countable metric and not the extra work performed above and beyond job description or stepping in to fill a void. Seek to get the most work out of least number of employees
