Pros

Time off and free food, there used to be so much more positive to share until they decided to go bring some cheap system on.

Cons

they don't like to promote from within or even help their staff to get a fair opportunity. Supervisors are overworked and not even trained to help us on the floor so no wonder they're stuck in the position they're in. Crappy sups that can't help agents get better so we can advance so their solution is to just hire from outside and not waste their time on current staff. New system makes everything longer with customers yelling and no fix so we get chocolate and ice cream to say thank you for putting up with the mess we threw you in one day and go take your blood pressure the next! So dis functional.

Pros

Nationwide support. Excellent customers and fun equipment (PODzilla)

Cons

Corporate management refuses to listen to local franchises regarding geographical differences in service requirements. Consistently requires drivers to violate DOT Hours of Service regulations during peak season. Company is venomously anti-union and will make every promise to sway votes against unionizing. Once union is broken, company gets away with failing to honor promises by terminating work force and hiring all new employees at lower wages. This has happened at multiple locations. Follows same termination actions for whistle blowers. Currently has several filed lawsuits from National Labor Relations Board regarding unfair labor practices.

Pros

Pay is decent but not great Good co workers

Cons

Supervisory team is terrible. They are unable to answer basic questions. Their is a particular group of supes that stand around and literally gossip about their agents. Two of the sales supes are currently screwing and everyone but managers know. There is a particular sales supervisorbreaks dress code on the regular however nobody addresses her as she has been with the company for a very long time and is close with member of HR It's very hard to get noticed. If you're an employee that comes to work, has good attendance and does well, you "blend in" with the other 250 agents. The attendance policy is extremely strict. Customer service is completely overlooked and neglected. Sales is everything to this company and they're not shy about it
