If you're considering working here, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. The culture at this company is toxic, and layoffs are a regular occurrence—often sweeping through entire departments every year. No matter how good your performance is, you're never safe. There’s no job security, and it seems like the company prides itself on its ability to dismantle teams and let people go at will. The stress of constantly worrying about layoffs is not worth any paycheck. They talk a good game about growth and career development, but the reality is that there’s little room to build a future here. No matter what role you’re in, it feels like you’re always on the chopping block. I would highly recommend anyone interested in working here to just keep looking and, if possible, stay with your current job. This place is not one where you can thrive, nor is it a place where you’ll find stability or long-term career opportunities. It’s a shame because there are some genuinely talented people here, but the company's poor leadership and lack of regard for its employees make it impossible to stay motivated or see a future with them.

Pros

pay is above average for the business. Commission changes though yearly

Cons

the worst company I have ever worked for. The CEO ran her last company to bankruptcy she will do the same for this one. The sales department is unorganized and lacks support. No contractual help when you do land an account and no help setting up accounts. No structure no communication and no strategic vision. They are only interested in residential business. Lay offs and then hire then lay them all off again. HR is only there to get rid of people without being sued. honestly its a terrible company to be a part of.

PODS offers a valuable and reliable service, making it easy to stand behind the product provided to customers. The market managers are among the most dedicated and hardworking individuals I’ve had the privilege to lead, consistently showing pride and care in their work.

Cons

No clarity on career growth opportunities, with no defined roadmap for advancement. Frequent rollouts of new initiatives can feel premature, as foundational elements often need strengthening. There is a lack of accountability at certain levels, and cost-saving efforts target people rather than focusing on optimizing expenses and eliminating waste effectively.
