Pros

Time off and free food, there used to be so much more positive to share until they decided to go bring some cheap system on.

Cons

they don't like to promote from within or even help their staff to get a fair opportunity. Supervisors are overworked and not even trained to help us on the floor so no wonder they're stuck in the position they're in. Crappy sups that can't help agents get better so we can advance so their solution is to just hire from outside and not waste their time on current staff. New system makes everything longer with customers yelling and no fix so we get chocolate and ice cream to say thank you for putting up with the mess we threw you in one day and go take your blood pressure the next! So dis functional.

Pros

The pay is really well and based off of performance. The training program was also very in depth.

Cons

The hours are not flexible at all. The supervisors are hover bosses and I didn't feel there was a lot of freedom to take initiative.

Pros

Insurance benefits is the only reason

Cons

If you say 1 minor wrong thing on the phone you will most likely lose $1000 or more in commissions for the month. Most sales jobs pay you if you make a sale but not this one. They will find a minor reason to not pay you your hard earned money after making them tons of money. The management all think there something special and give you an attitude if you ask a simple question. I have never seen such a higher turnover rate or more people walk out the door after they found out they were getting screwed over on their commissions in my life. Myself and several other top producers are currently looking for other work. This will NEVER be one of the top places to work in Tampa Bay or even Pinellas county like they want to be. The top producer of the company may get rewarded a free lunch with the boss or a measly $25 Papa Johns gift card after making the company tens of thousands. I thought this would be a good company to work for but it sucks and can't wait to find something else.
